Joan Zambrano
President
Music teacher, teacher in school education from 1979 to 2006. From 1979 to date, she has been committed to the application and dissemination of the Música en Colores method, developing its program for school education, training teachers and participating or organizing seminars, Interschool and Inclusive Meetings, conferences and exhibitions in Chile and abroad. Founder of Fundación Música en Colores with the objective of benefiting children and young people with disabilities through the method.

Veronica Romo
Professor
Early childhood educator, music teacher and academic researcher. Master in Educational Research. Doctorate in Psychology and Education. Teacher in university careers in Kindergarten, Elementary and Differential Education, training in the areas of integrated arts and music. Currently creator and director of the Master in Art and Education at the University of Chile.

María Jesús Allende
Music researcher
Chilean music researcher with more than 8 years of experience in the area of musical heritage. She has a degree in Music, Music Arts pedagogue and Master in Art and Education, with more than 10 years of experience teaching children, youth and adults in different socioeconomic contexts. Trained teacher in the Music in Colors method.

Community Manager
Community Manager, spokesperson and project manager of Música en Colores. Producer of the film "Estela, Concierto-Homenaje" about the life and compositional work of Estela Cabezas.
